John Kabugi Maina is one of the deadly fraudsters not only in Kenya but also across the continent. Kabugi is also known for his high affinity for skirts in the city; he has allegedly used his influence originating from fraud to chew women in exchange for quick cash
For instance, the master of land fraud, Mr. John Kabugi Maina alias Kafugi, was recently arrested with over 135 title deeds. No other fraudster has ever been arrested with such a large number of title deeds.
“This man is a world-class fraudster; his face, his mind, his tactics, and his smile are all but fraud. The public needs to be cautious about him; he is a dangerous man to deal with,” said a detective aware of the matter.
Most of the title deeds are usually stashed in his black Vanguard KCX 035K.
Sources aware of the matter say that the accused person also had fake documents with different names; all of them indicated that he always worked with a fraud-guided mind.
“His vehicle was also found fraudulently; he defrauded a businessman of millions and used it to purchase the said vehicle; this man is a deadly fraudster,” a source added.
Sources aware of the matter claim that Kabugi works in cahoots with a rogue land ministry official whom he corrupts and with whom he gets away with his fraud tricks.
According to our investigation, Kabugi is also a woman eater. He has several slay queens whom he sleeps with anytime he feels like.
“The man is my close buddy; he is enjoying life with a big spoon. He has several slay queens whom he sleeps around with anytime he feels like it. This man is a disgrace to progress and a catalyst to corruption,” another source added.
The man is currently in police custody awaiting arraignment in court. According to the law, he risks a long jail term if found guilty.
