An insider has exposed how officials at the Mission In Action Baby Orphanage changed their tactics and became immoral, inhuman, and fraudulent. While speaking to this publication, Mr Madollar Mapesa spoke of greed and immorality among the ‘purported officials’.
“This institution is used for personal gains by greedy individuals like Mrs Damaris Rigiri, Mr Cyras Kivuti, and Sandy Stirges, who for a long time continue to pose as directors since the passing of Ivan Budulica, who was the founder. She is an Australian national,” said Madollar.
The whistleblower also said that “the alleged maid turned wife (Damaris Rigiri) to the late director (Ivan Budulica), and since he (Ivan Budulica) ‘married ‘ Damaris Rigiri, they have never gotten any successful child from the institution. All they do is use innocent children to aid during their fundraisers and thereafter kick them out with no better plans just because they are 18 years old,” Madollar added.
While seemingly a disturbed man, he said that most of the young under 18 found themselves in the streets suffering, and in most cases, they end up joining some organised criminal gangs.

“As you are aware, most of these young adults end up on the streets with no plan, and they end up getting involved in weird activities. For instance, young girls from the institution in most cases find themselves having unwanted pregnancies where different men take advantage of them because of their desperation for shelter,” he narrated.

Furthermore, Madollar said that other kids, especially boys, become beach boys, while others get involved in different activities such as theft, drugs, and manual underpay duties for their survival.
He said that they were carried out by Damaris Rigiri, Cyras Kivuti, Sandie Starges, and Jerry Starges.
Our investigators also revealed that they were also scared when they learnt that one of the eldest brothers of Damaris Rigiri Angello, who is an ex-convict and an alleged drug addict, has been denying young girls in the facility their privacy as he peeks on them during their shower time with endless reports and complaints to his sister by the innocent girls, but with no help, as Damaris would dismiss their claims and expel them from the orphanage if they persisted. With Ivan Budulica dead,
“We learnt that the institution was registered under society, whereas it’s for the benefit of the community with no individual as a beneficiary to inherit or own the institution. Our investigations further revealed that there are ongoing civil cases on who should be the right persons to run the institution.
Court papers in our possession show that the case was filed in Nakuru High Court by one Mary Summerscales of Australian nationality, formerly known as Mary Budulica, a former wife to Ivan Budulica, with whom she sired 3 children and lived together for over 30 years.
We also found that fraudulent, controversial behaviours on land transfer were done by Damaris Rigiri with the help of Cyras Kivuti.

According to Mr Dickens Otieno, the whole process was a fraud.
“Damaris Rigiri and Cyras Kivuti, upon realising the risk of losing everything and the prison risk, hence decided to forge a will stating that Ivan Budulica wrote before his demise, distributing properties to each one of them, with Cyras being the witness.

Boom! We found out that Cyras was just an errand boy, so how was he becoming a witness to Ivan Budulica’s will of all the people? Don’t forget the institution was not to be inherited by anyone, even by Ivan himself, whom they now claimed wrote the will, as we are told Ivan Budulica always put it out there that the lands belong to the mission children and every child is always welcomed back.
as that was the only home they knew. Well, this has changed a lot with Damaris Rigiri making them fight each other, inciting them to play divide-and-conquer tactics. Something came up after the director’s demise when Dickens Otieno realised that the children were at risk.
He quickly came to their rescue by mobilizing the youth of Nakuru, and a big demonstration was done in various government offices and courts fighting against Damaris Rigiri and Cyras Kivuti, who had already illegally inherited the lands and accessed funds fraudulently. There were claims that Cyras Kivuti and Damaris Rigiri were engaged in an affair,” he said.
MADOLLAR MAPESA brought it out to light with Cyras disputing. Cyras then decided to do a wedding with his long-term girlfriend, which MADOLLAR stated was a cover-up.
The question we are left asking ourselves is, are our orphanages in Africa scum? Are our children and the young generation safe in the hands of people like Damaris Rigiri, Cyras Kivuti, Sandie Starges, and Jerry Starges? Will the fraudulently inherited land by the four be recovered?
